CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH AND ACSM PERSONAL TRAINER
I know what it’s like to struggle with body image, low self esteem and self loathing. I’ve prayed for weight loss, taken every diet pill, tried every workout, starved myself, binged until I was sick, and did I mention, I started doing this at 8 years old?
I spent my whole life with body issues and low self esteem, I was always on a mission to lose weight and change my body because I believed this would make me happy. I realized diets were short term and I was tired of hitting rock bottom over and over so I decided to become an expert in the area of my life that was bringing me so much frustration; nutrition and fitness.
I received my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and became an American College of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer. I then focused on living the life I wanted and making small changes to my diet and soon the weight started to fall off. More importantly I felt strong, I felt capable and I felt worthy. When I stopped dieting, stopped comparing myself to others and stopped associating my worth with the number on the scale, I was able to embrace my strength and I knew I was capable of anything.
My mission is to ensure no woman feels as insecure about their worth or their body as I did, and this is why I want to help you create a life you love, and a body you can be proud of.
In addition to my health coaching practice, I lead workshops on healthy living and wellness hot topics.
Coaching is available in person, or by telephone for individuals, corporations, and small groups.

My clients eat pizza, drink wine and still get results because they create a healthy lifestyle that makes clean eating and exercise second nature and this allows wiggle room for your favorite foods.
Unlike programs you may have done before, we are not counting calories or points and you’ll never feel confused how to apply the “rules” to a weekend out with friends.
